Havening is a fantastic way to help children as well as adults to keep happy. Self-Havening can be taught in minutes and for the very young, singing a simple song with a few words changed is a great way to encourage Havening on a daily basis. Think of it like brushing your teeth to keep your teeth and gums healthy. Not only will it lift your mood, it helps to improve emotional resilience and boost your immune system too.
